General information:
"SAS-PSOE" is designed to realize automated control of collecting electrodes mill produced by "Consortium "Energomashenginiring" Ltd.
Operation: Steel-cord belt in roll form is installed in unwinding unit. This belt is loaded in mill stand with 12 rollers which pull it and form required cross-section. When blank reaches first length checking sensor pull speed reduces. At second length checking sensor response rollers stop and cutting device switches on. Completed part moves to perforating press.

Technical solutions:
"SAS-PSOE" is based on PLC VersaMax produced by GE Fanuc Automation and frequency transducer for three-phase ac motors Commander SK produced by Emerson Industrial Automation. Supply voltage is 220 V 50 Hz and 380/480 V 50 Hz.

"SAS-PSOE" provides:
- input descrete signals - 16;
- output descrete control signals - 11;
- speed control of three-phase ac motors 380/480 V total power 30 kW (max continuous current 56 A).
