General information:
System is designed to realize upgrade and full replacement of standard control system for italian lines of polypropylene and polystyrene disposable tableware production, F25(glasses), F30(dishes). Operation: Produced in hot-type extruder polypropylene tape of specified thickness with specified speed is delivered to moulding unit where goods are extruded. Then goods are delivered to the unit that piles and counts end products.

Functions:
            - equipment control at all operation cycles;
            - lockout of operator commands that can result in equipment damage;
            - providing safe line operation;
            - providing specified quantity of moulding;
            - emergency indication;
            - end products count.      

Technical solutions:
Control system is PLC GE Fanuc VersaMax - based and provides:
            - input discrete signals - 96;
            - ouput discrete signals – 64.
