General information:
Automatic industrial control system of carbossimetilcellulose sodium sulphonate (CSS) production is designed to realize remote control of department equipment, automatic maintenance of equipment operation modes, alarm system and equipment emergency shutdown.
CSS processing line is one run line consisting of mercerization (cellulose caustic treatment) unit, squeezer, 2 delivery units – for alkaline cellulose and sodium monochloroacetate, 2 mixers, maturing tank, drying device, dry product shredder and auxiliary equipment. |
Functions:
- technological parameters continuous control and measuring;
- control of equipment state position signals;
- display of technological process and equipment state;
- automatic indication, display and audible signal of parameters divergence from set values;
- history data of technological parameters, equipment state and operator activiites during 3 months;
- shift reports;
- indication of emergencies (according to warning and emergency shooting algorithms);
- control of process equipment (according to warning and emergency shooting algorithms);
- regulation of cellulose sheets delivery speed;
- regulation of temperature (cooling) in alkaline reservoir;
- regulation of temperature (cooling) in pulp reservoir;
- regulation of level in pulp reservoir;
- regulation of pressure behind soda-circulating pumps;
- regulation of alkaline cellulose temperature (cooling) in mercerizer;
- regulation of alkaline cellulose density in mercerizer;
- regulation of level in alkaline cellulose tank;
- regulation of CSS temperature (heating) at maturing tank outlet;
- regulation of air temperature (heating) at drying device inlet;
- regulation of CSS temperature (heating) at drying device outlet;
- regulation of depression in drying device;
- control of soft-, hardware and communication buses operability;
- control of input/output analogue circuits integrity;
- control of input/output discrete circuits integrity.
