General information:
“SAS-AGNKS” is designed to realize automated control and emergency protection of CNGRS process equipment.

Operation: Nature gas is filtrated and enters to four-stage electrically driven compressor units (CU) - CNGRS includes 3 CU connected in parallel. After each of stages gas is cooled, dewatered and delivered first to gas accumulators and then to dispensers.

Functions:
            - maintaining specified pressure in CNGRS filling lines;            
            - CNGRS emergency protection at all operation modes;            
            - CU operation ability;
            - CU start;
            - CU standard stop;
            - CU emergency stop;
            - CNGRS emergency stop;
            - gas dewatering control;
            - automatic (according to technological algorithm) and remote (at operator command) auxiliary equipment control;
            - historical data of technological process and operator activities;
            - advanced operator interface including parameter tables, diagrams, graphs and histograms;
            - automatic reports;
            - automatic diagnostics of soft - and hardware, communication and measuring channels, control circuits and devices state;
            - supply control.          


Technical solutions:
“SAS-AGNKS” software is based on PLC RX3i produced by GE Fanuc Automation. It consists of 3 CU control systems and station control system. Soft- and hardware reliability is provided by:
            - reservation of the most critical measuring channels;
            - reservation of supply units and UPS;
            - reservation of operator interface;
            - reservation of digital communication channels and critical commands at physical circuits;
            - embedded self-diagnostic aids and automatic control of input-output analogue and discrete circuits integrity.
Operation safety is provided by emergency stop unit (ESU). Unit is functionally independent from control system and has independent protection channel at gas accumulator limit pressure overrun. ESU provides PLC operation control and CU safe stop in case of fault.

“SAS-AGNKS” hardware provides:
- input signals from resistive temperature transducers - 96;
- input signals from transmitters with normalized signal (4-20)mA, (-10. ..+10)V, (0...+10)V - 64;
- input descrete signals =24V - 608;
- output descrete control signals - 288.

Value of main reduced error of data-measuring and control channels (regardless of transducers and connection lines errors):
            -from transmitters with normalized signal (4-20)mA, (-10..+10)V, (0...+10)V - 0,1%;
            - from resistive temperature transducers - 0,4%.

            “SAS-AGNKS” soft- and hardware supply is realized from 2 networks ~220 V, 50 Hz. Power consumption for one control system is not more than 0,5 kW, for operator control panel is not more than 0,8 kW.
